Resin-enriched 3D printing.

Zortrax Inkspire uses DLP technology. It uses a high resolution LCD screen with UV LED backlight to cure the liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer. Resin 3D printing enables higher resolution, more beautiful surface quality, and better material properties.

Microscopic precision

3D print smaller objects with Zortrax Inkspire. The minimum printable size is a 50x50x25 micron cuboid. This DLP 3D printer always works with high resolution, precession and reliability.

Constant production speed

During production, the same high production speed of 20-36mm / h is maintained, regardless of the work surface occupied in the installation space. Produces a wide variety of components quickly and efficiently using additives. It is preferable to place several components side by side in the installation space.

Third party resins

With Zortrax Inkspire it is possible to process all UV DLP resins available on the market. Use all photopolymers that can be cured by ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 405 nm. They are all compatible. This allows you to choose from a wide range of brilliant colors and convincing material properties for your components.

Quick and easy adjustments

3D printing settings can be changed quickly and easily. For example, change the exposure time of each layer or the distance between layers. Change the 3D printing settings as desired.

Explore UV-LCD technology

Stereolithography (SLA) has been on the market for a long time. Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology works like a 3D printing technology with the photopolymerization of plastic. When using SLA technology, the manufacturing precision is constant, but the working speed is inversely proportional to the size of the working area occupied by the model. DLP technology operates at a constant production speed, but accuracy often decreases as workspace usage increases. Not so with the Zortrax UV-LCD DLP 3D printer. Its optimized exposure and 3D printing unit offer consistently high production speed and precision, regardless of the work surface used.

External resins

The external resins compatible with your Inkspire Zortrax contain photopolymers specially optimized for DLP-3D printers. They are designed for use in dentures, jewelry design, and other applications.

Programmable rest

The programmable pause function is very innovative and allows for a simple workflow. First, Z-SUITE calculates the amount of resin required to produce each layer of the model. The software then uses this information to pause and fill the new resin. Then you can simply resume 3D printing.

Smart support

UV exposure times for 3D models and support structure can be set independently.

Remote control in the box

Just pause and resume 3D prints. You can monitor the development of additive manufacturing on your Inkspire Zortrax at any time. This is possible by connecting to the same Wifi network.
